These terms explain the limited, educational purpose of the repair-handoff worksheets. Effective October 21, 2026.
1. No physical inspection or electronic test
The portal cannot see the vehicle, examine hardware, test the device, measure a signal, read an account, or confirm how a toll transaction was created.
2. Checklist results are not official confirmation
Results describe user-reported answers and possible follow-up categories. They are not installation approval, a warranty, a tag diagnosis, proof of a successful read, or an official toll-program decision.
3. Repair and mounting responsibility
Vehicle repair, removal, storage, bracket work, and mounting are performed by the owner or an appropriately qualified professional. Follow vehicle instructions, tag-program guidance, and safe parked-vehicle practices.
4. Do not alter or open the device
The site does not advise opening electronics, drilling the casing, applying labels or writing, painting the device, or attempting a home repair. Visible changes should be documented and directed to an appropriate official or professional source.
5. No reading guarantee
Mounting observations cannot guarantee that a tag will be read. A transaction that later appears also does not prove an electronic read because plate-based posting, processing, facility, vehicle, account, or device factors may be involved.
6. Vehicle, state, and facility requirements
The user must separately confirm vehicle-specific sensor clearances, plate visibility, appropriate hardware, applicable state law, toll-facility instructions, and toll-program requirements. This site does not determine legal compliance.
7. Independent publisher
Americanautopairiconshocker is not affiliated with E-ZPass, E-ZPass New Jersey, any toll operator, tag manufacturer, vehicle manufacturer, repair shop, or dealership. It cannot access accounts, report or deactivate a lost tag, order a replacement, process a payment, or determine toll liability.
Use of the tools
Use the site only for lawful, non-sensitive repair record organization. Do not submit credentials, financial details, identifiers, documents, malicious code, or information you do not have permission to share. You remain responsible for reviewing any locally generated summary before using it.
