This policy describes the information handled by the checklists and email-preparation forms on this website. Effective October 21, 2026.
1. Checklist data stays in your browser
When you explicitly save a worksheet, the site stores the fields in localStorage on your device under one site-specific key. This supports the combined Repair Summary. The website does not transmit checklist entries to a server, analytics service, advertising pixel, or form processor.
2. Information the worksheets do not request
Do not enter account numbers, tag or transponder numbers, complete license plate numbers, VINs, toll bill numbers, payment details, passwords, statements, repair invoices, identity documents, or plate photographs. The site has no account access and provides no file-upload feature.
3. Email questions
The Ask form and short home form prepare a mailto link and ask your email application to open. The site does not send the message automatically and does not save contact-form fields in localStorage. If you choose to send the email, the message is handled by your email provider and our mailbox provider.
4. Email retention
General inquiries may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a record of the conversation, address corrections, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion, subject to necessary legal or security retention, by emailing [email protected]. We do not promise an automatic fixed deletion period that the website cannot enforce.
5. Local deletion
Use “Reset This Worksheet” to remove one saved module or “Clear Entire Local Record” on the Repair Summary page to remove all locally saved checklist data. Clearing browser storage also removes it. A browser that blocks localStorage will use temporary in-memory data that disappears when the page session ends.
6. Technical records
Like most hosting services, the web host may process routine security and delivery logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time, and error status. We do not use this site to request toll identifiers or payment details.
7. External official links
Links to official sources have their own privacy terms. Opening one leaves this website. We do not receive toll-account credentials or transaction data from those sites.
